Privacy policy
How Vespera Markets collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. Who we are
This policy explains how Vespera Markets (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use our website and trading platform. If you have a question about your data, contact us through the Support page.
2. What we collect
Account data: your name or display name, username, email address and an encrypted form of your password.
Financial data: your deposits, balances, orders, positions and transaction references. We do not store your full card number; card payments are handled by our payment processor.
Verification data: documents and information we may need to confirm your identity and the source of your funds, where required.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and activity logs used to keep the service secure and working.
Communications: messages you send to support and your notification preferences.
3. How we use it
To create and run your account, process deposits and withdrawals, show your trading activity and provide support.
To prevent fraud, money laundering and misuse, to enforce our agreements, and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
To improve and secure the platform, and to send you service messages such as verification codes and alerts you have asked for.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the platform — for example payment processors (card and PayPal payments), hosting and database providers, market-data providers and email delivery — and only as needed for them to do so.
We may disclose data where the law requires it, to respond to valid requests from authorities, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.
5. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet legal, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Then we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise a right, contact support. We may need to verify your identity first, and some data must be kept by law.
8. Security
We use technical and organisational measures such as encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your login details private.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. You can control cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site may not work without them.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
