Trading financial products is complex and carries a high risk of rapid financial loss due to market volatility. Please ensure you fully understand the risks involved before trading.

Risk disclosure

1. You can lose your money

Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), commodities, indices, stocks and cryptocurrencies on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Leverage can work against you: you can lose some or all of your deposited funds, so you should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Make sure you fully understand the risks involved and seek independent advice if necessary.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Do not borrow to fund your account.

2. Leverage and margin

Leverage lets you open a position that is much larger than your deposit. This magnifies profits and losses equally. A small adverse price move can lose more than your initial margin, and positions may be closed automatically if your account falls below the required margin level.

3. Market volatility and gaps

Prices can move quickly and without warning because of news, economic data or low liquidity. Prices can gap past your stop-loss or take-profit level, so an order may be filled at a worse price than you set. Stop orders do not guarantee a maximum loss.

4. Cryptocurrencies

Cryptocurrency prices are extremely volatile and can fall to zero. Crypto markets operate around the clock, so large moves can happen at any time, including when you cannot react.

5. Commodities, indices and stocks

Commodity prices are affected by supply, weather, politics and storage costs. Index and stock prices depend on company results and wider economic conditions. Some markets have limited trading hours, and prices may be quoted only while the underlying market is open.

6. How your trades are executed

Vespera Markets is the counterparty to your trades. Your orders are filled by us at the prices shown on the platform and are not passed on to an exchange or an external liquidity provider. Your profit is our loss and your loss is our profit, so our interests are not the same as yours.

Stop-loss and take-profit levels are checked every few seconds, not tick by tick. In fast markets the price at which a position closes can be worse than the level you set.

If the funds in your Live account fall to half of the margin in use, we automatically close your open positions (stop-out). We do not let a Live balance go below zero.

6a. Pricing and data

Prices shown come from third-party sources and are indicative. They may be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. We are not responsible for losses that result from relying on them.

7. Technology risk

Online trading depends on internet connections, devices and software. Outages, delays or failures — on our side, yours or a third party’s — may prevent you from opening, closing or monitoring positions.

8. Payments

Deposits made by methods that need manual confirmation are credited only after we confirm the payment has arrived. Sending funds to the wrong address, on the wrong network or with the wrong details may result in permanent loss that we cannot reverse.

9. No advice

Nothing on this platform is investment, legal or tax advice. Analysis, signals and educational content are general information only. If you are unsure, seek independent professional advice.

10. Your responsibility

You are responsible for your trading decisions and for understanding the products you trade. By depositing funds you confirm you have read and understood this disclosure.
